Michael Margolin, D.M.D. 

After graduating from Ithaca College with a B.A. in Economics, Dr. Mike earned a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University. Upon graduating he joined his father and brother in a group practice where he has been practicing for over 21 years.

Dr. Mike has always strived to provide the best quality of dental care. He prides himself on developing trusting relationships with his patients so that together they can work towards achieving patient goals and optimum dental health.

Dr. Mike now treats periodontal disease with the FDA approved LANAP® procedure. Utilizing the PerioLase® MVP-7™ laser allows for a less invasive approach than traditional periodontal surgery without compromising results. Dr. Mike believes LANAP® should be the standard of care for periodontal disease and felt it was essential to add to his practice.

When not practicing dentistry Dr. Mike enjoys spending time with his wife Michelle and son Jack.

Jerome Margolin, D.D.S

Dr. Jerome Margolin received his Bachelor Degree from Queens College in 1953 and Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from New York University in 1957. He has been practicing for 55 years since completing an internship at Beth Israel Hospital. He concentrates on taking care of his long-standing patients covering a span of three generations. He has been recognized for his outstanding service by the New Jersey Society for the Handicapped. He enjoys watching his sons Dr. David Margolin and Dr. Michael Margolin practice with compassion and with expertise while using the latest techniques in dentistry. Five grandchildren and a loving wife of fifty-one years have helped to complete his life.






David S. Margolin, D.M.D.

Dr. Dave graduated from F.D.U. School of Dental Medicine in 1990.  He has been in the family dental practice since then.  Dr. Dave enjoys the diversity of general dentistry.  He enjoys getting to know his patients and treats them as if they were extended family. Dentistry is delivered with a minimally invasive philosophy.  He believes in explaining procedures and will discuss options whenever possible.  Dr. Dave treats his patients of all ages with compassion and a gentle touch.

Dr. Dave is happily married with two teenage sons.  During his time away from the office, he enjoys spending time hiking and skiing with his family and watching his sons play their sports.






Michelle Margolin, R.D.H.,B.S.
LANAP® Coordinator

Michelle is a registered dental hygienist with over 20 years of experience. She has been a clinical hygienist in New Jersey and Manhattan, as well as a clinical dental hygiene educator at Bergen Community College. She graduated with an Associate Degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University and a Bachelor Degree from New York 
University. All aspects of care, finances, treatment and maintenance will be with Michelle's assistance.   Having the patient properly educated and cared for is her top priority.

In addition to dentistry, Michelle teaches Yoga and Pilates. She enjoys spending her free time with her husband and son.






Diane Casbar
Office Manager

Diane is the office manager. She is a distinguished member of our dental office. She started working with Dr. Margolin over 44 years ago and continued working with Dr. Mike and Dr. Dave when they joined the practice. She is a known face to all of our patients and is always there to be of assistance in our office and the community. She started as a dental assistant and moved her way up to office manager. Diane has a married son and two lovely grandchildren. She enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her grandchildren, and most of all helping anyone she can.






Kim Dare, R.D.H.
Registered Dental Hygienist

Kim is our dental hygienist. She has been practicing for over four years and working with our office for over 11 years. She graduated from Bergen Community College with a degree in Allied Health. She enjoys working with the patients and helping them with their periodontal and restorative needs.
